DIRECT GULF-FRONT IN UP & RUNNING CONDO COMPLEX. Saint Croix is fully operational and free of insurance complications, a huge plus for buyers. Move in right away to this remodeled two-floor condo on Sanibel’s east end. The view of the Gulf of Mexico is open, sweeping and magnificent. Saint Croix’s 4-condo complex offers exceptional privacy and these units are rarely available for purchase on the market. The upscale remodel is stunning: Guayacan 8x48 porcelain plank tile throughout the downstairs and in all bathrooms and both lanais; Islandair Ocean Spray Oak wood flooring on the top level; the kitchen features new granite counter tops, new cabinets and new appliances; crown molding and new baseboards installed in all rooms. There are two lanais, one on each floor, facing the Gulf: they each have hurricane-glass sliding windows, new screens and new ceiling fans. Additionally, the owners installed a new counter and sink in the downstairs lanai, and the water heater, heating and AC units are new as of October 2022. The east end is known for the Sanibel Lighthouse, the charming shopping areas and bike paths, and easy access to the Sanibel Causeway.
