9700 Moonflower Lane, Naples

$2,400,000

BETTER THAN A MODEL HOME - OVER $730,000 IN BUILDER OPTIONS & OWNER UPGRADES. Completed in 2025 and very lightly lived in, this highly upgraded Mayfield III represents a level of investment, finish, and location that would be difficult to replicate with new construction today. The home was built on a $280,000 premium homesite and enhanced with more than $640,000 in builder options and designer selections, followed by an additional $96,000 in post-closing owner upgrades. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a truly elevated residence without the compromises, delays, or added expense of starting from scratch. Beyond the extensive upgrades, the setting is equally special: occupying a coveted position at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, with beautiful waterfront views and expansive adjacent green space creating a rare sense of privacy and openness. This is not simply a nearly new home, it is a fully realized, extensively upgraded residence where the significant investment has already been made. Skip the construction timeline, design decisions, and post-closing projects, and immediately enjoy one of the most complete offerings in the highly sought-after community of Caymas. Residents enjoy an array of amenities including pickleball and tennis courts with an onsite dedicated racquet sports professional, dog park, bocce, and an extensive social calendar. The new 30,000 sq. ft. social clubhouse was designed in partnership with Clive Daniel and will feature resort-style pools, indoor and outdoor dining, fully equipped fitness center, movie theater, and a golf simulator.
